Thanks for checking out our cheeses! Please read the following shipping information:

• Orders are shipped out on Monday or Tuesday.  Orders placed after Monday will ship the following Monday.  This ensures your order arrives before the weekend and doesn't get stuck in transit.  Orders normally arrive in 1 - 3 business days.

• We ship via USPS flat rate - $15.00 or FREE on orders over $50 - so we encourage you to make the most out of your order by getting multiple wedges to try.  

•  Our cheese is shipped in an insulated box with a frozen ice pack to help preserve the cheese during transit.  This should help your cheese arrive cool, but please make sure to get your cheese into the refrigerator as soon as possible!  If this is a gift, it would be a good idea to let them know cheese is on the way!

• Each wedge is vacuum sealed and good for 6 months in the fridge so go ahead and stock up!
