The cheese is made with milk from the family farm. Our farm fresh milk is produced by our cows, cheese processed by us, and delivered by us to you, your local stores and your local restaurants. We care about every detail going into our products. We are dedicated to providing you with quality products that are fresh and wholesome. There are no hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, or added colors to our products. Just contains the good stuff.. milk!
Our cheeses are small artisan batch cheeses and aged until the flavor is just right. We believe that this is what makes our products fresh and wholesome for your family to enjoy.

Orders are shipped out on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed after Monday will ship the following Monday. This ensures your order arrives before the weekend and doesn't get stuck in transit. Orders normally arrive in 1 - 3 business days.

We ship via USPS flat rate - $15.00 or FREE on orders over $50 - so we encourage you to make the most out of your order by getting multiple wedges to try.

Our cheese is shipped in an insulated box with a frozen ice pack to help preserve the cheese during transit. This should help your cheese arrive cool, but please make sure to get your cheese into the refrigerator as soon as possible! If this is a gift, it would be a good idea to let them know cheese is on the way!

Each wedge is vacuum sealed and good for 6 months in the fridge so go ahead and stock up!
